CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENT WAIVER
The customer’s garments are accepted on the strict understanding
that Innovative Designs/Emily Fetter cannot accept any liability whatsoever,
for any damage to customer supplied garments during the process of
embroidering. All garments are left entirely at the customer’s own risk.
I understand that occasionally during the embroidery process, a
garment can be damaged by the computer-driven sewing machine.
It is rare that an accident will occur, but if it does, I will not
hold Innovative Designs or Emily Fetter responsible in any monetary way.
